Cancellation & Termination Policy SEO Impact Pro 1. Overview This Cancellation & Termination Policy applies to all services provided by SEO Impact Pro, including SEO retainers, paid ads management, content creation, website projects, consulting, and subscription-based services. By entering into a service agreement with SEO Impact Pro, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms below. 2. Cancellations Before Work Begins If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of signing, SEO Impact Pro will issue a full refund minus any third-party costs already incurred (e.g., hosting, plugins, pre-purchased tools). If cancelled after 48 hours but before work begins, all deposits are non-refundable. Any additional prepayments will be refunded. 3. Cancellation During Active Work (Projects) Applies to website development, SEO setup projects, campaign builds, audits, and other one-off projects. 14 days written notice is required. The client must pay for: All work completed up to the cancellation date. Any third-party costs or software purchased for the project. If progress exceeds the value of the deposit, the client is responsible for the difference. Once payment for completed work is settled, SEO Impact Pro will provide deliverables created up to that point. 4. Cancellation of Monthly Retainers Applies to SEO, content creation retainers, social management, and ongoing marketing packages. 30 days written notice is required. The final invoice will include the upcoming 30-day service period. Services continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed. Unused hours or deliverables are not refunded or rolled over, unless stated in a customized agreement. Any outstanding balances must be paid before accounts or assets can be transferred. 5. Cancellation for Annual Retainers 60 days written notice is required. Refunds for prepaid annual contracts may be issued only for unused months, minus: Completed work value Discounts applied for paying annually Third-party expenses 6. Paid Ads Management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Ad spend is never refundable because it is paid directly to third-party platforms. Management fees require 30 days notice. If campaigns are paused, client still pays the management fee during the 30-day notice period. 7. Suspension or Termination by SEO Impact Pro SEO Impact Pro may suspend or terminate services if: Invoices remain unpaid 7–14 days past due. The client breaches contractual obligations. The client requests unethical, illegal, or platform-violating activities. If SEO Impact Pro terminates without cause, unused prepaid fees will be refunded for services not yet rendered. 8. Final Deliverables & Intellectual Property Final deliverables become the client’s property only after all outstanding invoices are paid in full. SEO Impact Pro retains rights to: Internal tools Templates Processes Pre-existing intellectual property 9. Third-Party Fees All third-party costs (advertising, tools, plugins, software, hosting) are non-refundable under any circumstances. 10. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued when explicitly stated in this policy. SEO Impact Pro does not issue refunds based on: Lack of results not guaranteed by contract Delays caused by client inaction Changes in client strategy or internal business decisions Partial refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of SEO Impact Pro. 11.
