Services
This policy explains how to cancel a SEORevive engagement, when a refund is issued, how to request one, and how long it takes. It applies to all customers worldwide, paying in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD).
Services are provided by Pramila Business Solutions (GSTIN 18ALGPT5787N1ZZ), trading as SEORevive — the name that appears on your invoice and payment receipt.
1. Cancellation
Monthly retainers. Either party may cancel with 15 days' written notice by email to [email protected]. There are no long-term contracts, no lock-in and no cancellation fees. You may stop at the end of any billing cycle and you will not be billed again.
One-time packages. You may cancel free of charge at any time before work commences — that is, before we have begun the audit, analysis or implementation. Cancellations after work has commenced are handled under Section 3.
2. When we issue a refund
A full refund is issued in any of the following cases:
Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same invoice or package.
Payment error — an incorrect amount was charged, or you were charged for a service you did not order.
Cancellation before work commences — you cancel a one-time package before we have started work on it.
Service not delivered — we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, or we decline the engagement after payment (for example, if on review we determine the site is not recoverable, or the scope is outside what we can responsibly deliver).
Failed or unauthorised transaction — a payment is processed in error or without your authorisation.
Where a retainer month has been paid but only partially delivered because we cancelled the engagement, we refund the undelivered portion on a pro-rata basis.
3. When we do not issue a refund
Work already completed or in progress. One-time packages are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deliverables will be completed to the agreed scope.
Retainer months already delivered. Because we operate on a no-lock-in, stop-anytime basis, billed and delivered months are not refunded — you simply cancel future months.
Ranking or traffic outcomes. As stated in our Terms of Service, SEO results depend on factors outside our control and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. Dissatisfaction with search outcomes is not by itself grounds for a refund.
Client-side delays. Where delivery is blocked because required access (Search Console, Analytics, CMS, hosting) or approvals were not provided, the engagement is not refundable for that reason.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request", including:
Your name and the website the engagement relates to
The invoice number or payment/transaction ID
The date and amount paid, and the currency
The reason for the request
We acknowledge every refund request within 2 business days and give you a decision in writing.
5. Refund timeline and method
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval, and are always returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. We do not issue refunds in cash, to a different account, or as credit unless you request credit in writing.
Once initiated, the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 3–5 business days for Indian domestic payments and up to 10–14 business days for international card and cross-border payments.
6. Currency
Refunds are issued in the same currency in which payment was received — INR for payments made in Indian Rupees, USD for payments made in US Dollars. For international payments, the amount credited may differ slightly from the amount paid because of exchange-rate movement between the payment and refund dates, and because of bank or card-network charges. These differences are set by your bank and payment network, not by SEORevive.
Applicable GST charged on Indian invoices is refunded together with the refunded amount, in accordance with Indian tax law.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved within a couple of business days. Raising a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution for both sides.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The Effective Date above always reflects the current version, and existing clients are notified of material changes 30 days before they take effect.
